Tights and heels... together?

I can’t seem to make tights to look good with heels. Any suggestions?

Pairing tights with heels is inherently practical—you're trying to stay warm, after all—so stop trying to achieve that frothy, made-of-cobwebs-and-dewdrops style that comes so effortlessly during warm-weather months. To make the look work for winter, the answer lies in the heels and soles of your shoes. Marni's rough-hewn wood-and-leather pump—think grown-up version of a clog—has a rustic simplicity that's very sexy when paired with textured stockings and a short skirt. It’s the weight of the shoes that balances the texture of the stockings so beautifully. But you don’t need to go all Swedish schoolgirl to pull off the tights-and-heels look. You’ve got options: The contrast of rich black hose against a more slender sparkly, strappy heel works too. A finer gauge stocking is the key to pulling off this dressier look—and a little texture on the shoe (rhinestones, gemstones, choose your sparkle accordingly) never hurts either.

Pink for Life

I'm feeling like wearing a lot of soft pink colors! After looking at this site.
Some fancy things I would like to wear right now.
Oh, I just want to wear chiffon and go around in bare feet (even if I did just purchase huge crazy boots).

Tatty Devine

Tatty Devine was born in 1999 and is famous for its unique and quirky accessories. The pair behind it all, Rosie Wolfenden and Harriet Vine, have no formal training as jewellers. They met studying Fine Art at Chelsea School Of Art in 1996 and had planned to become artists until Harriet found some leather samples on the way home from the pub one night. She made some leather cuffs, she and Rosie sold them at Portabello and Spitalfields markets, and lo and behold, Tatty Devine was born! The fledgling label took off as Harvey Nichols bought their creations and, following interest from Browns Focus and Vogue magazine, the girls launched their first official collection for Spring Summer 2001 at London Fashion Week. In 2003 they began showing at Paris Fashion Week too and now also show case their collections in Berlin and New York. They now have over 100 retail outlets worldwide, including Colette in Paris and our own two shops in London. Tatty Devine’s H.Q., workshop and retail outlet opened in London’s Brick Lane in 2001. A second shop in stylish Soho followed in February 2004. Tatty Devine have forged partnerships with all kinds of people from avant-garde Berlin girl group Chicks on Speed (creating the accessories for their last tour) to the Tate Gallery.

Shaakss, they're so tall..

The boots are here!
They are super tall, and I walked around them for a while thinking that I should probably return them because they're so tall.
But even if they are super tall , they look awesome so I'm NOT going to return them.
I love to wear this by weekend...

I'm Crazy, am I?

Ohhhh I did something totally crazy and spent money on a pair of boots that look like this:

Yes. They will be here tomorrow. Wonderful Guess "Maeve" boots. Kind of gothic but I can't wait to wear it with my chiffon dress with tights and leg warmers, a black blazer, and some crazy coloured scarf.

So now for some outfits that I would gladly wear. Because we all have Lacroix, Moschino and Schouler lying around in our closets.

SO EXCITED. SO IN LOVE.
